Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
*Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled class.
*Partial Refund (50%): If cancellation is made 24-72 hours prior to the start of class.
*No refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling Policy
*You may reschedule your class one time at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
*Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $15 administrative fee.
*Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and class capacity.

3. Group and On-Site Training
*For group classes (4+ participants) or on-site training sessions, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
*Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
*Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

4. Late Arrivals
*A 15-minutes grace period is provided. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted and will need to reschedule. 
*Late arrivals are considered no-shows and not eligible for a refund.

5. Course Cancellations by Secure Heart CPR
*In the rare event we must cancel a class due to insytructor illness, emergency, or insufficient enrollment, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
